Refund policy
At Little Hands Big Hearts, we want you and your little ones to love every book. Please read this policy before placing your order.
All sales are final
We don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect selections or unwanted items. This includes discounted items and bundles.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us at hello@lhbh.us within 7 days of delivery. Please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the issue, including the packaging if it was damaged in transit
- What you ordered and what arrived, if you received the wrong item
Once we've reviewed your request, we'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you, including any return shipping. If only one book in a bundle is affected, we'll replace just that book. Please don't send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to process it.
