Shipping policy

Little Hands Big Hearts ships to addresses within the United States. Orders ship from our fulfillment partner in California.

Free shipping

Orders of $50 or more ship free to the contiguous United States. Orders under $50 ship for a flat rate of $8.00.

Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories and military addresses

Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other U.S. territories, and to APO/FPO/DPO military addresses, are not eligible for free shipping or the $8.00 flat rate. These addresses ship for a flat rate of $20. Delivery to these addresses can take longer than our standard 5–8 business days, and your tracking email will show the carrier's estimate.

Orders are packed and shipped within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders placed after 12 PM Pacific ship the next business day.

Delivery time

Most orders to the contiguous U.S. arrive within 5–8 business days of shipping.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with your tracking number.

Delays

We work hard to get every order to you on time. LHBH Learning LLC is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, natural disasters or other events outside our control.

Holiday shipping

Ordering gifts for the holiday season? Please order early. Carriers handle very high volumes from mid-November through December, so deliveries can take a few extra days.
